JLL Sydney

JLL, the global real estate services firm, has relocated its Sydney corporate headquarters to the prestigious Sydney Place development at 180 George Street, marking a shift towards a future-focused office environment.

Embracing their expertise in workplace strategy, design, and project management, JLL’s in-house teams meticulously oversaw the design and construction of their new office, emphasising flexibility, sustainability, and employee well-being. This forward-thinking move underscores JLL’s commitment to connected, adaptable, and environmentally conscious workspaces. JLL CEO Australia & New Zealand, Dan Kernaghan, expressed the significance of this investment in their new headquarters, stating that it reflects their dedication to creating a workplace of the future that enhances business operations and supports their clients.

Every aspect of the relocation, from conception to completion, has been led by JLL’s own personnel, ensuring that the design and construction truly align with their vision. The office fit-out showcases the best in modern office design and draws inspiration from various sectors such as offices, hotels, and coworking spaces, incorporating a touch of hospitality. The result is a dynamic and agile workspace that offers diverse spatial experiences, providing employees with the freedom to choose the setting that best suits their needs each day, whether focused or collaborative. The space incorporates a range of seating arrangements, collaboration zones, cutting-edge meeting rooms tailored for virtual participants, and a state-of-the-art media suite.

JLL’s commitment to sustainability is evident, as they strive to achieve a 6 Star Green Star rating and a Platinum Well certification for their new Sydney office.
