Ancient material, contemporary presence.

Kern is the first piece made from Outt, a marble-based material developed to repurpose quarry waste from Northern Italy. Unlike terrazzo, which relies mainly on marble chips, Outt incorporates chips, dust, and cement as a binder—resulting in an upcycled material with an unusually high marble content of around 85%. This gives Kern both substance and depth, balancing sustainability with expressive character.

Formed from just four slabs, its hand-broken corners and brushed surface reveal the stone’s tactile beauty. At once ancient and modern, each table carries its own presence, shifting between furniture and sculpture.
