Drawing on mid-century design traditions, Kube seamlessly blends a straightforward wooden frame with comfortable upholstered cushions in a contrasting yet well-balanced design.

The frame’s construction stands out, showcasing the beauty of craftsmanship through the thoughtful way the pine planks meet, creating a dynamic, almost sculptural quality. The thick planks emphasize the durability and beauty of the material, which will develop a natural patina over time, infusing the design with character.

Simon’s designs are often created in a dialogue between craftsmanship and industry.
