Collection: Rugs

A rug defines the boundary of a space before the furniture does. District's collection draws primarily from New Works and Kvadrat: studios working in hand-tufted wool, flatweave and bouclé constructions that hold their character underfoot over time. Scale is the first decision. A rug that sits under the front legs of a sofa reads differently to one that grounds an entire seating arrangement. Texture matters next. A looped pile adds depth to a minimal interior; a flatweave keeps things grounded. Available in Australia with samples on request.
