Giopato & Coombes: Bruma - A Thousand Landscapes

Giopato & Coombes: Bruma - A Thousand Landscapes

Design made of emotion, art, and unique pieces.

The Giopato & Coombes Bruma collection and the site-specific installation were presented for the first time during the Milano Design Week 2024. Landed first in New York and then Copenhagen for the 3 Days of Design event, they are the focus of a broader conceptual project, developing into different exhibitions and installations around different cities and locations, with the focus on exploring how design can perform both in the emotional and functional sphere, being a reference for immersive and oneiric experiences.

Bruma and its site-specific installation unveil a landscape of compositions that lead the observer to experience and feel the perspective, to move in the space between visible and invisible.

It is a suspended landscape we perceive differently. Combining experimentation on matter and free gesture, cutting-edge lighting technology, and rational research, revealing a new sense of three-dimensionality.
