With offices located globally, and its headquarters based in Perth, a pioneering construction firm established in 1919 engaged design studio Rezen to create a new three-level workplace inside a prominent building.
After thorough research and planning, a rational workspace with technological and functional elements was created that reflected the company’s character and culture. A critical aspect of the project’s success was the integration of a central staircase, designed to encourage interaction and communication among employees.
The traditional workplace model was updated to include offices, workstations, and internal meeting and collaboration spaces. A modular design approach was taken to ensure future flexibility and sustainability.
