Herbert Smith Freehills (HSF) has recently relocated its Perth team to One The Esplanade, the city’s newest premium-grade building. Occupying two levels within Brookfield’s 29-storey commercial tower, situated along the Swan River in Elizabeth Quay, the move was driven by the firm’s commitment to meeting the needs of its people and clients.

With stunning views of the Swan River, Langley Park, and the Supreme Court Gardens, the office promotes connectivity, collaboration, and a strong team culture.
Designed by Woods Bagot, the office prioritises greenery, natural light, and offers a range of meeting rooms, collaborative spaces, and amenities such as the staff and client café, Café Maali.
