When leading alternative real estate investment manager Qualitas recognised that its office no longer reflected its brand or supported its people, the business turned to Axiom Workplaces for a complete transformation. The former space was dark, cluttered and disconnected, with limited meeting areas, outdated technology and a layout that stifled collaboration.
The move to 101 Collins Street provided an opportunity to design a new 1,130m² workplace that truly embodied the firm’s identity as high-performance investment managers. Axiom delivered strategy, interior design and construction in one, creating a workplace focused on agility, collaboration and wellbeing.
At the heart of the project is Intelligent Innovation, a design philosophy that energises staff through dynamic, wellbeing-led spaces, strengthens team connection, and supports adaptability for future growth. The result is a sophisticated workplace that reflects Qualitas’ prestige while enabling its people to thrive.
This achievement was recognised with a Silver Award in Corporate Interior Design at the Better Future Awards 2025.
